Job description: The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of In It Together Inc. will oversee day to day operation of the organization. The CEO will carry out the hiring, training, and managing facilitators and other contract workers and employees. The CEO will develop a creative strategy for outreach and promotion and manage all development efforts for the corporation.
The CEO will be a voting member on the Board of Directors.
Hours: 20 hours/week, additional hours may be required when screenings are held and as organization expands
Qualifications: A successful candidate will have extensive knowledge about sexual violence prevention, education, and support. This person must have a minimum of 6 years of experience in the field and have a body of work that reflects success in reaching diverse audiences with messaging about sexual assault and dating violence. Candidates should have completed a minimum of 40 hours of advocate training and have experience directly supporting students who have experienced sexual violence. Experience in data collection and creating and implementing community surveying is required.
Compensation: Compensation will be based on commission.
